Pre-Litigation Case Management

  • Conduct client intake — gather information, explain the process, and build rapport from the first contact
  • Open insurance claims and send notice letters to carriers and adjusters
  • Communicate with clients regularly via phone and our text-based case management platform
  • Request, track, and organize medical records and billing documentation
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters and other parties as directed

  • Actively learn our case management system, workflows, and firm processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas proactively
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment where priorities shift and flexibility is valued
