Leasing Manager - Luxury Student Housing

At Percy, we're building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We're currently seeking a Leasing Manager to help drive leasing performance at a Luxury 500+ bed student housing community in Honolulu, HI.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, late-leasing student housing environment where urgency, creativity, and strong follow-through matter. You’ll lead a small leasing team, lean into social media and local marketing, and help push pre-leasing momentum while balancing the realities of turn and a move-in timeline where the property may not be fully leased until move-in day.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leasing performance for a Luxury 500+ bed student housing community, with a focus on pre-leasing and occupancy
• Manage and coach a small leasing team, including a full-time leasing professional and part-time community ambassadors
• Drive marketing and leasing activity through social media engagement, events, and local outreach
• Maintain accurate leasing activity, traffic, and resident data in Entrata and ensure strong follow-up standards
• Support leasing execution during peak season when leasing and turn timelines overlap

Qualifications

• 1+ year of student housing leasing experience preferred (leasing consultant, community ambassador, or similar)
• Strong social media and marketing instincts, especially for engaging student audiences
• High sense of urgency and ability to perform in a late-leasing market
• Experience with Entrata preferred

• Total compensation up to $65,000+, including base pay and leasing incentives (top end includes $26/hr plus per-lease bonuses)
