The Leasing Consultant serves as the first point of contact for current and prospective residents, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a positive community experience. In this role, you partner closely with the Community Manager on resident relations initiatives while handling a variety of administrative, leasing, and marketing tasks. You help ensure apartments are leased efficiently, resident needs are addressed promptly, and the community remains well-presented and competitive in the local market.
Responsibilities
This is an on-site position based in an office within a residential apartment community. The standard schedule runs Friday through Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Wednesdays and Thursdays typically off. The role involves a blend of desk-based administrative work and time spent walking the property to provide tours of apartments and community amenities. You regularly use computers, office software, phones, and standard office equipment to manage leasing and resident relations tasks. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
