- Compliance: Must pass a background check and maintain strict confidentiality regarding resident information.
Responsibilities:- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Conduct property tours and process rental applications.
- Update AppFolio daily with leads and work orders.
- Provide daily leasing reports to management.
- Oversee lease renewals and the resident referral program.
