Russell Tobin's client, a real estate company, is hiring a Remote - Lease Administration Senior Analyst.



Job Title: Lease Administration Senior Analyst

Job Type: 1 month Contract with possible extension

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote

Work Hours: Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in respective time zone)

Pay Rate: $25- $28.9/hr.

Potential for Full-Time Conversion: Yes


About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administration Senior Analyst to support lease accounting and financial operations. In this role, you will handle lease-related reconciliations, manage rent invoicing processes, and ensure compliance with lease terms for a large portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process rent invoices in accordance with lease agreements
  • Perform lease reconciliations to ensure accuracy of operating expenses
  • Maintain and update financial data in spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Communicate with landlords and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to inquiries and manage lease-related documentation
  • Track and manage multiple contacts and responsibilities across accounts


Typical Day

  • Reviewing and responding to emails
  • Coordinating with landlords and internal teams to clarify lease details
  • Preparing and sending rent invoices
  • Updating and managing data in Excel spreadsheets
  • Ensuring all lease financials align with contractual terms


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in lease administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contacts and priorities
  • Ability to read and interpret invoices and perform reconciliations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or lease administration systems (e.g., Cernix)
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Collaborates with a supervisor and a small team of analysts
