We are offering an entry-level role for a person who wants to train to become a professional speaker, corporate trainer, and/or author.
This role is on-the-job training in the following areas:
Over the past 25 years, our company has organized team-building charity donations totaling over $8 million. Our activities give bicycles to kids in inner cities, food for homeless families, and comfort items like Teddy Bears and blankets for kids who have lost everything. If you'd like to help us create the next generation of leaders and do something good for your community at the same time, then we welcome you to apply.
This is the entry point to becoming a Partner in the organization. We offer a specific succession plan starting with this position. The succession plan is a simple checklist based on accomplishments within the organization. Our goal is for each Consultant to become an Equity Partner within 10 years.

We will teach the right person every aspect of our business and industry. However, there are specific qualities that lead to more success in this industry.
Our entry-level consultants receive a salary and great benefits. You also have the ability to receive commissions and bonuses based on your work. First-year consultants average over $55K per year. 2nd and 3rd-year consultants average over $75K/year-$105K/year in income. So in this position, you get paid for the work that you are able to do. (The more you learn and the more people you help, the more income you generate for yourself.)
We don't believe in glass ceilings. Your income is a direct reflection of your ability to help our customers. You start with a solid base and benefits, but your growth—both in title and income—is dictated by a clear, merit-based checklist. If you hit the marks, you move up. Period.
