About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to own and scale hiring for critical technical and executive roles. This is a high-impact position partnering directly with founders, executives, and senior engineering leaders to build world-class teams.

You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting across senior IC, leadership, and niche technical roles while shaping hiring strategy, processes, and employer brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for senior and executive technical roles (Staff, Principal, Director, VP, etc.)
  • Partner with C-level and engineering leadership to define hiring strategy and org design
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Develop strong pipelines across top-tier companies and talent networks
  • Lead candidate experience from outreach to close for high-value hires
  • Influence and improve recruiting processes, tools, and analytics
  • Mentor and guide other recruiters as the team scales

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of technical recruiting experience, including executive hiring
  • Proven track record of hiring from top-tier tech companies or startups
  • Strong experience closing senior-level and highly competitive candidates
  • Deep understanding of software engineering roles and technical stacks
  • Exceptional stakeholder management with senior leadership and founders
  • Data-driven approach with strong ownership and execution mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hypergrowth startups or high-scale environments
  • Background in recruiting for AI/ML, distributed systems, or infrastructure roles
  • Prior experience building or leading recruiting teams
