CNC Swiss / Multi-Axis Lathe Programmer
1st Shift | Production Environment | $45–$55/hr DOE
We’re hiring a CNC Swiss / Multi-Axis Lathe Programmer to support a high-volume production shop with a strong Swiss presence. This role is ideal for someone who programs Swiss machines today who’s comfortable stepping into Swiss work.
Swiss experience is a big plus — but strong lathe programmers with the right mindset will be successful here.
Schedule & Pay
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
- Pay: $45–$50/hr DOE
- Overtime available
- Full benefits package
What You’ll Be Doing
- Program, set up, and run Swiss screw machines and multi-axis CNC lathes
- Support a high-volume production environment (1,000–2,000+ part runs)
- Manage multiple machines at the same time
- Create 2–3 new programs per month while supporting existing production
- Troubleshoot, optimize cycle times, and improve part consistency
- Work closely with quality and production to maintain process control
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- Strong background in multi-axis CNC lathe programming
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to program, set up, and run multiple machines
- Confident in your technical skills, collaborative in your approach
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and accountable for results
Preferred / Strong Plus
- Swiss screw programming experience (huge plus, not required)
- Experience programming in Mastercam or Esprit
- (Currently using Mastercam 2026; Esprit may be added)
- Familiarity with PPAP and production documentation
- Experience with FMEA or proactive process improvement
- Hands-on Swiss experience on Tsugami machines
- (9 Swiss machines on the floor)
