Lead Superintendent – Luxury Mixed‑Use Project

A well‑established, South Florida–based general contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of a high‑profile, boutique luxury mixed‑use development in Miami.

This is a flagship project featuring ultra‑luxury residential units above curated ground‑floor retail and restaurant space, with complex urban logistics, premium finishes, and a world‑class ownership and design team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a landmark project that will stand out in the local market.

The Role

• As Lead Superintendent, you will have full responsibility for day‑to‑day field operations, including:
• Managing all site activities from early construction through closeout
• Overseeing subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety
• Coordinating closely with ownership, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Maintaining strict quality control for architectural concrete, structure, and luxury interiors
• Driving schedule compliance while upholding premium finish standards
• Leading and mentoring field staff and trade partners

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on luxury residential, mixed‑use, hospitality, or high‑end commercial projects
• Strong background in structure, concrete, and complex interior builds
• Ability to operate confidently with city inspectors and municipal stakeholders
• Highly organized, decisive, and proactive leadership style
• Comfortable managing high‑expectation clients and design teams
• Fluent Spanish is a plus but not required
