Lead Receptionist / Operations Coordinator

Location: Long Island City, NY (Fully Onsite)

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lead Receptionist / Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced operations team. This role serves as the central point of contact for employees, supervisors, and clients, managing high-volume calls, staffing requests, scheduling, and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and emails
  • Coordinate daily staffing assignments and schedule coverage
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and supervisors
  • Track attendance, employee schedules, and staffing needs
  • Resolve timekeeping and payroll-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records and operational reports
  • Support onboarding and employee administration
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • 3+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, dispatch, reception, or operations environment
  • Leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
