Lead Rad Tech - Encinitas

Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas has served North County’s coastal communities since 1978. We’re located at Santa Fe Drive and I-5, within walking distance of a park, fitness center, grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants.

Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas’ campus includes Scripps Clinic Encinitas and an outpatient imaging center. We’re home to notable specialty programs including a 24-hour emergency room, accredited stroke care, physical rehabilitation services (including a brain injury day treatment program), our Baby Friendly birthing pavilion and a Level II neonatal intensive care unit.

New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (70 hours per pay period) with 10-hour varied shifts. While most shifts are scheduled in the morning, the role also includes evenings, holidays, call, and coverage every other weekend.

As a Lead, this position requires flexibility to support departmental needs, including filling open shifts as necessary to ensure continuous operations; therefore, a set schedule is not guaranteed. This position is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas.

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Requirements:

• Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
• CRT
• Fluoroscopy
• BLS from the American Heart Association
• 2 or more years of Rad Tech experience

Preferred Experience:

• ARRT
• Imaging lead experience
