We are seeking for the  Lead Project Manager – Water for our Gurgaon /Dubai location  is responsible for managing the India & Middle East (IME) Water Program Office, with direct oversight of Account Managers across the region. This role ensures the effective project management of certification programs, from initial application through final certification and listing.

The position works cross‑functionally with Technical Review, Laboratory, Sales, and Program Leadership teams to deliver operational excellence, revenue growth, and superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

(Including but not limited to)

  • Own accountability for achieving and exceeding revenue targets across Water programs in the IME region.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Managers to achieve performance goals, service metrics, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure end‑to‑end project management of certification processes, delivering timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes for clients.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Water Program Leaders to: 
    • Drive growth opportunities
    • Increase share of wallet and cross‑selling
    • Improve client satisfaction (NPS)
    • Control client attrition
  • Track, measure, and improve performance through Key Process Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accountability across the team.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to support regional and organizational objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, including ownership of select key strategic accounts.
  • Lead implementation of the Customer Care Plan for the region.
  • Remain agile and responsive to industry, regulatory, and business changes.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop client‑specific solutions aligned with certification and business needs.

Minimum Job Requirements & Preferences

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, Science‑based, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer‑facing or account/project management roles, managing complex client portfolios.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience in project management and process coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within teams.
