Title: Sr. Product Manager, Data Products

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of complex, data-driven products within a highly regulated environment. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and compliance—owning initiatives that directly impact how large-scale data is analyzed, monitored, and translated into actionable insights.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to drive modernization, influence product direction, and partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders across a large and evolving product portfolio.
What You'll Do - Own end-to-end product lifecycle: vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Lead multiple concurrent initiatives including regulatory-driven changes, product enhancements, and modernization efforts
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, analysts, and business stakeholders) to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Translate complex data and regulatory needs into clear product features and user value
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing competing priorities and timelines
- Define success metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous product improvement
- Lead release planning, UAT strategy, and post-launch optimization (non-hands-on testing)
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers—and proactively drive resolution
What You Bring - 5+ years of product management (or related) experience in data-driven or regulated environments
- Strong ability to manage complex products with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Experience working with large-scale data systems and understanding how data flows across platforms
- Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into product strategy and execution
- Proven experience owning roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery across multiple initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in agile / product development environments
Nice to Have - Background in financial services, compliance, or regulatory environments
- Exposure to surveillance, risk, or monitoring systems
- Familiarity with SQL or data analysis concepts
- Experience supporting modernization or large-scale transformation initiatives
