Lead Product Designer
Position Overview
As a Lead Product Designer for you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging web designs that enhance the user experience. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge digital products that align with brand vision and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for web products from concept to execution.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design iterations and improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design, ensuring that remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all web products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of User Interface (UI) principles and best practices.
- Experience in prototyping and wireframing.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
