About the Role
Our client is seeking a high-impact Lead Manhattan SCALE Specialist to spearhead a key Warehouse Management System (WMS) initiative in the SoCal area. Given the specialized nature of Manhattan SCALE, we are open to experts from various professional backgrounds, whether you are a deeply technical WMS Architect, a data-driven Business Analyst, or a Project Manager with a proven track record of successful implementations.
In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert, ensuring our logistics operations are optimized, scalable, and fully integrated using the Manhattan SCALE platform.
Key Responsibilities
- System Leadership: Act as the internal authority for all Manhattan SCALE configurations, troubleshooting, and optimizations.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead the design and execution of WMS-related projects to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, IT, and external vendors to translate business requirements into technical system specifications.
- Implementation & Support: Oversee system upgrades, testing, and go-live support for new features or facilities.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members and end-users to ensure best-in-class system utilization across the board.
Who You Are
- The SCALE Expert: You possess deep, hands-on experience specifically with Manhattan SCALE (Supply Chain Application Logistics Engine).
- Versatile Professional: You have a background in WMS Analysis, Architecture, or Management and are comfortable navigating both technical configurations and high-level strategy.
- Problem Solver: You thrive on identifying system bottlenecks and implementing creative solutions within a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Local or Relocating: You are currently in—or willing to move to—the Southern California area (Long Beach, Torrance, or Carson) and are comfortable with a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on-site.
