SEI’s Advisor intermediary business is growing the Sales & Experience Team to continue to accelerate business growth. To support this expansion, SEI is seeking a qualified Lead Generation Specialist to join the team!
This professional will directly partner with the National Accounts Team and Sales Team focused on driving new advisor engagement across Broker/Dealer-affiliated and RIA-affiliated independent financial advisors. The role is primarily responsible for traditional lead generation activities including call campaigns, as well as utilizing the latest technologies, social media, and other sources to develop advisor engagement across our partner firms.

This role reports to the Managing Director of the National Accounts Team and works directly with the entire National Accounts Team and cross-functionally across the Sales & Experience and the Marketing organizations of the Advisor business. This role is headquarters-based in the Oaks, Pennsylvania Global Headquarters.
What you will do:
Work in coordination with National Account Managers and senior Business Development Directors to drive territory growth through lead generation activities.
Proactively and directly engage prospective clients, led by telephone, email, and online meetings, to drive new sales opportunities.
Make outbound calls to prospective advisors to garner interest in upcoming meetings, events, or other business development opportunities.
Reactively respond to sales-related inquiries from a dedicated subset of existing clients.
Through mastery of SEI’s suite-of-solutions, educate and persuade prospective client engagement with SEI, across custody, technology, asset management and business-centric solutions.
What we need from you:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services client sales and service support, with direct experience in independent Broker/Dealer or independent RIA channel sales strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or in a related field, or minimum of 2 years’ SEI experience in lieu of degree.
Current NASAA Series 65 or Series 66 license or ability to acquire within 90 days.
Experience in multi-channel communication mediums, including individual face-to-face interactions, in-person one-to-many presentations, virtual one-to-many presentations, live video, recorded video, phone and email.
Outstanding time-management and organizational skills, plus the track record of exceeding expectations.
Talent to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both within a team and independently as a self-starter, and a willingness to learn and be mentored.
Ability to influence decision-making and tackle problems, thinking critically and collaboratively.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a track record in buyer satisfaction.
This position is Headquarters-based in the Oaks, Pennsylvania Global Headquarters with limited travel.
