Lead Elevator Installer

Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking a Lead Elevator Advisor for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Elevator Installer/Advisor to support and lead high-end residential elevator installations in the Phoenix market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with REI (Residential Elevators Inc.) experience—or strong familiarity with similar residential elevator systems—who is ready to step into a leadership role and help build a growing regional team.

This role is focused exclusively on luxury residential projects, offering the chance to work on custom homes while playing a key role in establishing and expanding operations in the Phoenix area.

Pay Range: $30–$32/hr. (DOE)

What You’ll Do

• Lead installation of residential elevator systems (REI experience strongly preferred)
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specs, safety standards, and quality expectations
• Support and train new installers in the Phoenix market
• Act as technical lead on job sites and coordinate with builders and subcontractors
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure on-time project completion
• Maintain OSHA compliance and professional job site standards

What We’re Looking For

• Residential elevator installation experience required
• REI system experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into a lead role
• Professional presence in high-end residential environments
• Willingness to relocate to Phoenix if not local
