In this role, you’ll work closely with Team Leaders, learning how to manage and develop team members’ knowledge, skills, and passion. In this specialized role, you’ll explore a unique area of our business while upholding our values and leading with high standards. You will also assist with managing department operations and supporting department financials while ensuring each employee goes above and beyond to exceed expectations and provide incredible customer service.
This is a structured training program designed to be completed within 6 months with support from a mentor and trainer. Successful program completion will result in an interview for or placement as a Team Leader.

Managerial/supervisory experience living our values and achieving results in our 5 measures; Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting; Work Environment: The physical demands of this work are classified as medium. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, frequent heavy lifting, pushing and pulling, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, squatting, including reaching and lifting above shoulder height, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers. The average weight range of items lifted is 8 – 32 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds occasionally. Upper extremity repetition is moderate and trunk movement involves moderate twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors with exposure to cold (33 – 55 degrees) temperatures. Basic tools and equipment used include milk crates, dollies, egg racks, box cutter, hand/power jack, compactor, baler, and u-cart.
