I. Job Summary
 Under moderate supervision and working closely with the District Manager, the Convenience Site Attendant Lead is responsible for quality control inspections on customer owned manned convenience centers and safety observations on WM site attendants including the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to facility improvement, facility inspections, housekeeping inspections, environmental inspections, and safety inspections. The job requires frequent/local travel using a WM-issued vehicle. 
 II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform safety and housekeeping observations at customer owned manned convenience centers
  • Help conduct safety meetings with WM Employee
  • Complete assigned inspections and assessments
  • Meet vendors/contractors for upcoming/ongoing projects
  • Lead and inspect third-party improvement projects
  • Provide training to WM convenience site attendants
  • Assist with New Hire Onboarding
  • Assist with site attendant scheduling
  • Perform lower-level site modifications
  • Use hand tools to perform facility maintenance including but not limited to minor compactor repairs
  • Other duties as assigned
III. Qualifications 
 A. Required Qualifications 
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) 
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
