What will you be doing?
- Develops and executes plans to meet company goals.
- Manage performance measures and visual controls, while focusing on daily operations.
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale.
- Oversee CNC department staff to verify “best practices” are being followed.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks, safety hazards, tools, and equipment issues.
- Ensure employees adhere to the schedule and customer requirements.
- Perform investigations and manage department priorities.
- May set up and operate machines on trial runs to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data as required in absence of staff set up.
What do you bring?
- 3 + years of progressive experience including leadership in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to provide work direction and guidance and act as supervisor in the absence of the Production Supervisor.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Lathe and Mill.
- Train new and current employees.
- Proficient in CAD.
- Completed necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
