• Deliver compassionate clinical care by performing screenings, vaccinations, and specimen collection to provide immediate health interventions for underserved populations.

• Orchestrate daily mobile clinic operations by managing resources and coordinating staff to ensure every patient is seen in a timely, professional environment.

• Mentor and develop the clinical team by overseeing the orientation of new associates and monitoring work quality to maintain the highest standards of patient safety.

• Manage vital medical infrastructure through precise inventory control ensuring the unit is always fully equipped to serve the community.

• Bridge the gap in patient health literacy by educating families on disease prevention and acting as a primary liaison with community agencies to secure long-term support for those in need.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Any issuing authority is accepted.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• The Ascension St Agnes Mobile Health Unit is seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in Southwest Baltimore. The ideal candidate will be clinically experienced, able to self-direct, and have a passion for providing healthcare services to underserved populations.
• This position requires work outside of the St Agnes campus, at multiple community locations.
• Working Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday. Must be available to work flexible daytime hours, including occasional weekends for special events.
• Clinical Leadership Experience: Proven ability to self-direct and lead shift operations within a physician practice or mobile health setting.
