We are looking for a hands-on Lead AI & Automation Engineer to drive the transformation of our Application Operations function through AI, automation, and AIOps.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep operational experience with practical expertise in Generative AI, AI Agents, and automation. You will identify manual operational bottlenecks, build intelligent solutions, and help establish an automation-first culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents, automation workflows, and self-healing solutions.
- Identify and eliminate repetitive manual tasks across Application Support and Operations.
- Automate incident triage, log analysis, root cause analysis, and operational diagnostics.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows with platforms such as ServiceNow and Dynatrace.
- Partner with support and engineering teams to transform manual processes into automated solutions.
- Coach and mentor teams on AI adoption and automation best practices.
- Measure and track automation impact through operational metrics, including MTTR reduction and productivity improvements.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Application Operations, Production Support, SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
- Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong experience with operational tooling, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience building automation using Python, APIs, and workflow tools.
- Hands-on AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to implement Generative AI, Vector Search, and AI Agents (Oracle or Google Cloud context preferred).
- Proven ability to drive operational transformation and technology adoption.
