Leidos QTC is seeking licensed counselors to join a mission-driven team delivering impactful, non-medical counseling services that support federal contracts serving military members, law enforcement communities, and veterans.

What the program includes
• Goal-oriented counseling sessions focused on stress management and practical coping strategies.
• Support during life transitions such as relocation, school changes, and family adjustments.
• Communication and relationship skill-building, with assessment and referral when appropriate.
• A structured program with appointments typically ranging from 1 to 12 sessions per individual or family.
Qualifications and fit
• Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline.
• Active, unrestricted state license where you practice: LCSW, LPC/LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work within federal guidelines and contract requirements.
