CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with a large global law firm in the search for an Intake Manager for their Downtown Los Angeles, California office. This is a hybrid position that offers four remote day per week once trained. This role is responsible for managing the firm's new client and intake process to ensure new business is opened accurately and in compliance with firm policies. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years of law firm intake or conflicts experience out of a mid-size to large DEFENSE firm as well as a Bachelor's Degree.
Duties
-Managing intake for new clients and matters from beginning to end
-Overseeing creation and maintenance of new timekeeper records in the firm's systems
-Heavy reporting regarding opening of matters and maintaining data integrity with the firm's systems and databases
-Confirming intake activities are compliant with rules and policies
-Supervising and training intake staff
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements
-5+ years of experience in conflicts or intake from a mid-size to large DEFENSE law firm (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE)
-Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration or related field
-Proficiency with law firm billing systems such as Elite 3E or Aderant
-Expert level with MS Excel
-3+ years of experience managing and mentoring other employees in a law firm environment
-Must be detail oriented and able to communicate effectively with individuals across the organization
The salary range for this position is from $100,000-$120,000, DOE.
MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY WORK IN OFFICE IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES 1 DAY PER WEEK ONCE TRAINED.
