Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team on the night shift. The role involves setting up, editing, and operating 3-axis and/or 4-axis CNC Lathes in accordance with blueprints and engineer drawings. Responsibilities include maintaining tolerances of +/- .003, adjusting for wear compensation, and performing first article inspections using precision measuring instruments. The position is situated in an R&D shop environment that supports production through building proprietary production machinery and equipment. The machinist will work with a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and occasionally exotic materials.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. The R&D shop is a separate building from the fiberglass production area. The night shift runs from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as needed. Initial training will be conducted on the day shift before transitioning to the night shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
