The CNC Lathe Machinist sets up and operates CNC equipment for both production and prototype parts, following established standards and processes in a machine shop environment. This role ensures parts meet blueprint specifications and cycle time targets while supporting lean manufacturing principles and effective teamwork across the organization.

Work Environment
This role is based in a temperature-controlled machine shop designed for comfort and consistent machining conditions. You will work with CNC lathes, mills, Mazatrol and other CNC programming tools, precision measuring equipment such as calipers, and CAD-based drawings. The facility is clean and well maintained, with amenities including an on-site gym and snack room for employees.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
