You will lead day-to-day field operations, ensuring crews perform efficiently and deliver high-quality results across all sites. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage multiple maintenance, turf, and irrigation crews
• Drive productivity and minimize downtime in the field
• Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable for performance
• Recruit, train, and develop crew leaders
• Ensure consistent, high-quality work across all assigned locations
