Landscape Architect / Designer

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a full-time Landscape Architect / Designer with 2–5 years of professional experience to join their team in Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across all phases of design, from concept through construction, within a collaborative, design-focused environment. The position includes involvement in project design, documentation, client interaction, and construction support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and design of projects from concept through construction
- Produce high-quality design graphics, including both hand drawings and digital visualizations
- Prepare construction document (CD) sets, including hardscape, planting, lighting, water features, and detailed construction drawings
- Assist in the development of specifications and bidding packages
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants throughout all project phases
- Contribute to project management efforts, including schedules, budgets, and coordination
- Participate in construction observation and implementation support
- Maintain communication with clients as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
- 2–5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or related field
- Strong design and graphic communication skills
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and implementation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment across multiple project phases
- Capable of managing tasks to meet deadlines and budget requirements
