Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site, entry to mid-level position for a Maintenance Worker, based in Henrico, VA. This crew member would be perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating well-kept properties and ensuring property owner satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform routine landscape and grounds maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, mulching, weeding).
- Operate basic landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Assist with seasonal services such as leaf cleanup, planting, and snow removal (if applicable).
- Must be able to follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but not required, onsite training available.
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Working knowledge of Power Tools and their safe operation preferred
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
- Must have your own transportation to and from work
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, 4 10's: Monday–Thursday (occasional Fridays as needed).
- Pay depending on experience.
- Opportunities for growth within the company.
- Full-Time pay scale, $16.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Expected hours: 40 per week
