We’re a small, family-run fine-gardening and landscape company looking for a dependable, skilled landscape professional who can work independently and take pride in doing high‑quality work. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable running equipment, understands grading and site prep, and enjoys being part of a small, tight‑knit team where everyone pitches in.
Responsibilities
Operate skid steer, trencher, and dump trailer safely and confidently
Perform grading, excavation, and site prep with attention to detail
Install plants, soil, and landscape materials with accuracy
Drive larger vehicles with attached trailers; complete dump runs as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site
Work independently and problem‑solve in the field
Represent GravaTerra professionally with clients and neighbors
Qualifications
Strong experience in landscaping, grading, and equipment operation
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to pass a DOT physical (required)
Reliability, communication, and a strong work ethic
Experience with hardscaping or drainage is a plus
