Position Summary

The Integrator is responsible for turning vision into execution by ensuring alignment, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization. Working closely with the Visionary, this leader drives company-wide execution through the EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework while ensuring operational departments consistently deliver high-quality results.


This role serves as the organizational leader responsible for translating strategy into action, creating clarity, removing obstacles, and holding teams accountable to company goals.


Key Responsibilities

EOS Leadership & Organizational Alignment

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the company leadership team
  • Champion EOS tools and processes, including
  • Level 10 Meeting
  • Scorecards
  • Rocks Quarterly and Annual Planning
  • Ensure alignment with the Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO.)
  • Foster collaboration across departments and eliminate barriers to execution
  • Facilitate problem-solving using the IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process
  • Promote a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the performance of operational divisions led by branch and department managers, including
  • Landscape Maintenance
  • Landscape Construcion
  • Irrigation
  • Hardscape Construction
  • Enhancements
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
  • Drive consistency in scheduling, job costing, resource utilization, and quality control
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and execution
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure productivity, efficiency, and profitability targets are achieved

Leadership Development & Culture

  • Develop and mentor managers and team leaders through coaching, accountability, and performance management
  • Utilize EOS tools such as Accountability Charts, People Analyzer, and Quarterly Conversations to strengthen leadership effectiveness
  • Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, teamwork, and personal growth
  • Partner with HR and leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention initiation
  • Identify skill gaps and implement development plans for emerging leaders

Financial & Performance Managent

  • Partner with finance to monitor budgets, job costing, labor efficiency, and overall profitability
  • Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, production, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Support forecasting, resource planning, and capacity management
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and increase margins
