Hours/Schedule: Monday through Friday (hours 9:00am- 5:00pm); Saturday and Sunday (hours 10-5).

Employment Type: Full Time Hourly position.


General Summary: The Ambassador is a knowledgeable and engaging lifestyle representative for the Lake Nona and Sunbridge master- planned communities. The Ambassador is responsible for presenting homes, amenities, and lifestyle offerings to guests, real estate agents, and residents. The role delivers dynamic and memorable presentations that highlight the community, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every interaction. The ideal candidate communicates community information with enthusiasm and clarity and provides a high level of customer service. By creating a welcoming environment and tailoring presentations to diverse guests, the Community Ambassador plays a key role in communicating the community’s vision, value, and lifestyle.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Deliver residential and community lifestyle presentations to guests, real estate professionals, and residents with a dynamic, engaging and interactive presence.
  • Collaborate with builder sales teams to obtain current home updates and collateral and deliver community collateral to sales centers monthly.
  • Conduct daily outreach via email and phone to local real estate offices to coordinate and schedule weekly community presentations.
  • Foster a welcoming, friendly, and supportive environment by consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Collaborate with community partners to source and manage information and collateral materials for community presentations and resident communications.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Information Center events, including on-site support and attendance.
  • Must effectively manage community phone calls and emails, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership in addressing feedback, inquiries, and information requests.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Support operational duties of the Information Center with computer entry of CRM database information, maintain community collateral, marketing items, and digital graphics used to present community information.
  • Attend community, HOA, company and team meetings as directed by management.
  • Must be capable of working independently and effectively to support operational objectives in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain clear communication to ensure operational tasks and established guidelines are consistently fulfilled.
  • Adhere to established operational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Must demonstrate a team-oriented mindset, accountability, strong motivation, and effective leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with technology and facilities teams to maintain operational needs.
  • Support retail entities and operational needs for Lake Nona and Sunbridge branded product as directed by management.
  • Execute the best judgement for quick decisions in the absence of the management team.
  • Create and maintain reports and Smartsheet’s, in accordance with management directives.
  • Create annual goal setting and establish actions needed to achieve success.
  • Professional appearance is required.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school degree and/or college degree required.
  • Knowledge of real estate is a plus.
  • A personalized and guest-centric experience is a must.
  • Computer skills are mandatory.
  • Team collaboration and excellent verbal communications skills are required.
  • Upbeat, personable and energetic attitude.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.


Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above. Must be physically able to sit and stand for hours at a time.
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
