Description:TheLaborerreports directly to the Laborer Foreman and supports oilfield operations through labor-intensive activities to include, but not limited to; digging trenches, general groundwork around drill sites and process facilities, assisting various discipline journeyman with job tasks (scaffold, architectural, insulation, iron worker, etc.) job site maintenance and installation of mechanical apparatus. The incumbent will operate both hand and power tools as needed. Job tasks vary daily.Schedule: 4 weeks ON 2 weeks OFF

Required Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, or Equivalent
Current and valid Driver’s License
One (1) year experience working in oilfield as a Laborer or other field position, preferred
Required Training & Certificates:
North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) Training required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Basic knowledge and proficiency of hand and power tools used in an industrial oilfield setting
Basic knowledge of civil, structural, pipefitting and/or other labor crafts
Knowledge and experience in oilfield operations, preferred
Ability to use time efficiently to complete projects/assignments on time
Ability to work minimum 11.5-hour shift daily
Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly in a team environment
Skilled in maintaining positive attitude in challenging situations
