Key Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process patient specimens including blood, urine, and other biological samples.
• Perform routine clinical laboratory tests following established protocols.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure accurate data entry, result recording, and report generation.
• Follow Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
• Maintain compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and laboratory safety standards.
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and laboratory materials as required.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic equipment and testing issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
• Adhere to infection control and biosafety protocols.
