Job Title: Laboratory Technician / Quality Lab Analyst
Location: Valdosta, GA 31601, USA
Shift Details:
- Initial Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Post-training Shift: 4 days on / 4 days off
- Must be flexible for: Day/Night shift changes, Weekends, holidays
- Overtime (scheduled & emergency)
- Advance notice will be provided for shift changes

Job Summary:
This role involves laboratory testing, process monitoring, and quality analysis within a production environment. The technician ensures product quality through analytical testing, data recording, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Laboratory Testing & Analysis:
- Prepare process and finished product samples
- Perform analytical testing using:
- Instrumental methods
- Wet chemistry procedures
- Record results using computerized systems
- Perform daily process monitoring tests
Data Management & Reporting:
- Enter and report data using LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
- Maintain records of all testing procedures
- Store samples for validation if required
- Notify operations team of any required adjustments
Equipment Maintenance & Calibration:
- Perform light maintenance and calibration of lab equipment
- Compare equipment readouts with standard samples
- Ensure accuracy of all testing systems
Production Support:
- Understand production processes
- Recommend adjustments to operators to improve product quality
Inventory & Supplies:
- Maintain adequate lab supplies
- Notify supervisor for reordering
Compliance & Safety:
- Follow all regulatory and safety standards:
- FDA, GMP, BATF, EPA, OSHA
- Use proper safety equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized lab environment
Team Collaboration:
- Maintain effective working relationships
- Support team operations and workflow
Technical Skills:
