Company DescriptionBaigan, Inc. is redefining biospecimen transport with intelligent hardware that delivers real-time monitoring, security, and accountability for clinical laboratories.
The pre-analytical phase—where up to 75% of lab errors occur—remains one of the most costly and under-optimized parts of healthcare operations. Failures such as improper sample handling, delayed transport, and lack of chain-of-custody visibility lead to compromised specimens, repeat testing, and delayed patient care—contributing up to 1% of hospital operating costs annually.
Baigan is building the Baigan Box, a smart, connected transport system that brings real-time visibility, environmental monitoring, and traceability to specimen logistics—turning a traditionally “blind” process into a measurable, controllable system.
We are focused not just on technology—but on solving real operational and financial pain points for labs.
