Perform routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods using established laboratory test methods.
Conduct testing to support production and quality control activities.
Identify abnormal or out-of-specification results and communicate findings to Senior Technicians or Supervisors.
Assist in interpreting test data and determining next steps based on analytical results.
Documentation & Data Integrity
Accurately document all testing activities and results in laboratory notebooks, LIMS, SAP, and other electronic systems.
Maintain complete and accurate quality records in compliance with company procedures and data integrity standards.
Equipment Maintenance & Inventory
Perform calibration, verification, and routine upkeep of laboratory instrumentation and test equipment. Maintain accurate calibration and maintenance records.
Manage laboratory inventory including sample retains, reagents, solvents, and consumables.
Assist with solvent disposal, sample disposal, solvent restocking, and supply ordering as directed.
Minimum Education & Experience
High School Diploma required.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, or chemical plant environment preferred.
