LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL. This position serves under the direction of the Human Resources Director and is responsible for serving as a liaison for the Department to union representatives and the Department of Central Management Services CMS to assist management in the administration of various labor contracts and developing and implementing policies and procedures that implement and interpret the various contractual agreements and regulations applicable to state employment.
