A Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment practice is seeking an associate with 2+ years of experience to join its Columbus office.
The Role
You'll handle sophisticated employment litigation and traditional labor matters for some of the country's most respected employers — including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and ADEA claims, NLRB proceedings, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining support. Client counseling on day-to-day employment matters is also a core part of the practice.
