Labor Compliance Administrative Coordinator

Partners In Diversity is currently seeking a detail-oriented temporary Labor Compliance Administrative Coordinator to support compliance and project documentation activities. This role will assist with tracking reports, maintaining records, preparing compliance documentation, and supporting project-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Request and track status letters
  • Track trust fund invoices
  • Prepare and monitor MUER reports
  • Monitor apprentice utilization
  • Maintain compliance documentation
  • Take and organize meeting minutes
  • Prepare pre-liens for jobs
  • Assist with craft onboarding documentation
  • Update and maintain CPR logs
  • Pull CPR reports for jobs
  • Prepare CPRs and enter them into tracking systems
  • Enter information into the LCP Tracker system
  • Enter and submit information into DIR
  • Save subcontractor CPRs into job folders
  • Track subcontractor CPR submissions


Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or compliance-related experience in a similar role is required
  • Experience working with reports, tracking logs, or compliance documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors


Additional Information:

  • Location: Hesperia, CA (In-Person)
  • Pay Rate: $22–$30 per hour (DOE)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours per week
  • Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible)
  • Temporary assignment with the possibility of temp-to-hire
