Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: Starting at $33.15/hour
Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates

Position Summary
The Registered Nurse I assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care while supporting positive maternal and neonatal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Document nursing care accurately and thoroughly.
- Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changing conditions.
- Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs.
- Coordinate discharge planning and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement and educational initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid Oklahoma RN License or Compact Multistate RN License.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care responsibilities.
Preferred:
- Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred.
- Candidates with at least 2 years of acute care hospital nursing experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated interest in transitioning into Labor & Delivery and pursuing a long-term career in maternal care.
