Job Description
75% Nationwide Travel / 25% Home Market Work
We are forming a Tiger Team of Level 2 Data Center Technicians to support a large‑scale Hi‑Fiber initiative for a major hyperscale data center client. This project focuses on upgrading infrastructure by replacing legacy coax cabling with fiber across multiple data center locations nationwide.
This team will be the first technicians on site at new locations, responsible for establishing workflows, processes, and procedures during the initial 6–8 weeks of each deployment. After successfully launching a site, the team will transition to the next location to repeat the process. During downtime between deployments, technicians will support operations at data centers within their home markets.
We are seeking experienced data center technicians who can contribute immediately with minimal onboarding and confidently handle cable replacement and troubleshooting in live data center environments. As the program matures, additional Level 1 cable technicians will be brought in to support long‑term execution.
