Kit Assembler

Job Description

The Kit Assembler is responsible for creating various kits to accompany our products. This role involves sitting at a table, using hand tools to attach nuts and bolts to the product, then packaging and bagging it for distribution. Daily use of a cordless ratchet driver, drill, and allen wrenches is required. Flexibility is essential as assistance in other areas.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble product kits using hand tools and power tools.
  • Utilize a cordless ratchet driver, drill, and allen wrenches on a daily basis.
  • Package and bag assembled kits for shipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas at all times.
  • Assist colleagues in other stations when needed.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure.
  • Prior experience with rivets, lug nuts, and screws.
  • Strong troubleshooting and general production skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with aluminum parts.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
