ing someone to take ownership of our night shifts (Tues- Fri 3-8) and Saturdays (10-8) —running the grill, leading the team, and keeping standards high.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rochester, IL, combining responsibilities of a Kitchen Manager and Grill Cook. The role involves managing the kitchen's nightly operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and overseeing staff performance. Additionally, the role requires active participation in food preparation and grilling to maintain efficiency during busy service hours.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniquesKnowledge of Food operations and maintaining Food Quality standardsExperience in Culinary Management and overseeing kitchen operationsAbility to maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience in inventory management and food cost control is a plusFood MANAGER certification is required
