POSITION SUMMARY

The Guest Activity & Kids Club Attendant is responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and memorable recreational experiences for guests, with a special focus on children and family-oriented activities. This role serves as a key resource for all recreation and Little Gems Club programs, ensuring a fun, welcoming, and well-supervised environment.

Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities, including pool, beach, fitness center, entertainment areas, and Little Gems Club programs. Encourage and register guests, particularly children and families, to participate in scheduled activities and events. Create a fun, interactive, and safe atmosphere while promoting creativity and engagement.

Supervise children in the Little Gems Club, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Organize and facilitate age-appropriate activities such as games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play. Monitor guest participation and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedures in case of emergencies. Provide basic first aid support when required.

Promote and enforce facility rules and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all guests. Be attentive to situations where guests or children may not be able to safely participate in activities and escalate concerns when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all recreational areas, equipment, and Little Gems Club facilities. Assist in hosting private events, group activities, and special programs within recreation areas. Handle basic cashiering duties for activity-related transactions when required.

Welcome and engage with guests in a warm and professional manner, anticipating their needs and ensuring a high level of service. Maintain clear communication with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security standards. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions. Maintain a professional appearance and protect the confidentiality of guest and company information.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous experience in recreation, kids club, childcare, or hospitality is an advantage
  • Skills: Energetic, creative, and passionate about working with children; strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language: Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
