Keyholder, Scottsdale
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Up to $25/hr + 1% commission
We are seeking a full-time Keyholder to help lead daily store operations, deliver an elevated client experience, and support sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and brings strong leadership and operational skills to the sales floor.
The Keyholder serves as a brand ambassador and plays an important role in supporting store performance, team development, visual presentation, and operational excellence. This person works closely with store leadership to ensure a seamless experience for clients while helping the team meet sales and KPI goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily floor coverage and help drive sales, service, and operational goals
- Deliver a high-level client experience through product knowledge, styling support, and thoughtful follow-up
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and acquisition
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store consistently reflects brand standards
- Help execute store events and community-focused activations that build brand awareness and client loyalty
- Coach and motivate team members in partnership with store leadership
- Participate in store meetings, training, and performance-focused initiatives
- Support back-of-house operations including inventory, transfers, receipts, and replenishment
- Assist with omnichannel services such as ship-from-store, pickup, reserve, and order-in-store
- Help protect company assets by following proper cash handling, safety, and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a keyholder or similar retail leadership role preferred
- Background in fashion retail, especially women’s and men’s apparel, preferred
- Strong client service and styling skills
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of retail performance metrics and sales goals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer/iOS systems
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 25+ lbs.
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
