Lido Marina Village will be one of CAMI NYC's first West Coast retail homes — a flagship expression of the brand for our Southern California client.


THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of CAMI NYC on the floor — welcoming clients, styling outfits, sharing product stories, and creating the kind of shopping experience people talk about. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to build a warm, consistent environment that reflects the brand’s New York roots and Newport Beach spirit.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience on the sales floor
  • Develop product expertise across all CAMI NYC categories — fabrics, fit, styling, and occasion
  • Build and nurture your own client relationships through follow-up, styling notes, and personalized outreach
  • Assist with visual merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store presentation standards
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
  • Support trunk shows, in-store events, and community activations as needed
  • Communicate product feedback, client preferences, and inventory needs to the Store Manager
  • Represent the CAMI NYC brand with professionalism, warmth, and personal style at all times


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of retail or client-facing experience, ideally in fashion, accessories, or luxury
  • A genuine passion for women’s fashion and an eye for personal styling
  • Warm, outgoing personality with natural ease in conversation and a talent for making people feel welcome
  • Familiarity with the Lido Village neighborhood and Newport Beach’s style-conscious customer
  • Comfort with a goal-oriented sales environment — you enjoy the challenge of building a client book
  • Availability for weekend shifts and flexibility during peak seasons and events
  • Connections in the Orange County fashion, social, or creative community are a plus
  • A personal aesthetic that aligns with the CAMI NYC brand
