Job Description

The Key Account Representative is responsible for leading the commercial development of assigned accounts in
Colombia, acting as the main liaison between Mattel and its clients. The role involves implementing the
company's strategy tailored to each client's capabilities, managing commercial negotiations, ensuring sales and
profitability targets are met, and coordinating promotional activities in collaboration with internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead channel development by generating negotiations that strengthen the presence and relevance of Mattel
brands.
• Design and implement commercial strategies for both high and low seasons.
• Identify new business opportunities for Mattel in the Colombian market.
• Manage the assigned customer portfolio, including monthly and annual billing planning.
• Administer the annual promotional budget for assigned clients.
• Achieve GS/POS and profitability margin targets for the assigned CBT.
• Conduct commercial data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams (execution, finance, marketing) to ensure proper implementation of
commercial activities.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• 4 years Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
• Previous experience managing key accounts and commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Negotiation skills (persuasion and deal closing).
• Strategic business development mindset.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting KPIs.
• Collaborative work style and effective communication.
• Adaptability and proactivity in response to market changes.
