Role Purpose:
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Position:Customer Service Representative
Shift:Monday- Friday 1st Shift
Hours: 7:30AM- 3:30PM
Pay:$19.45 per hour
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
- MUST HAVE Customer and product resolution in a Warehouse setting(not remote).
- Solid communications skills via phone, IM and E-mail
- Organized and able to file and sort time sensitive records.
- Ability to learn multiple warehouse management systems.
- Work in a team environment.
- Has some flexibility with work schedule.
- Microsoft systems proficient, i.e. Excel, Word etc.
