Key Responsibilities
• Draft and update estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Provide strategic counsel on estate tax planning, wealth preservation, and asset protection.

• Guide clients through all stages of probate and trust administration.
• Translate complex estate and tax concepts into clear, actionable advice for clients.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Probate Attorney, Estate Planning Attorney, or Trusts and Estates Attorney.

• Ability to manage cases independently while maintaining attention to detail.
